Shipping Policy
- All orders to China, Hong Kong, and Macau are shipped via SF.
- All orders outside China, Hong Kong, and Macau are shipped via DHL.
- International shipping fees apply to all orders under $150.
- Get free international shipping for orders over $150 (see shipping rates below).
- For orders placed outside of China, USA, and Australia, additional customs and taxes may occur.
- We are not responsible for any additional charges that might be associated with customs and duties. For more information about these potential fees, please refer to the customs and duty information of your country.
- The order value thresholds for shipping costs apply to the total value of an order after any discount codes have been applied.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- USA: $20
- Europe & UK: $25
- Australia and New Zealand: $20
- Asia (outside of China, HK, and Macau): $20
- China, HK, and Macau: $5
- Free shipping applies to all regions for orders over $150.
- Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, except during the Chinese New Year (dates will be announced in advanced during these time-periods).
- For deliveries within metropolitan areas, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery, once dispatched.
- For deliveries outside of metropolitan areas, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery, once dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
We really hope that you love your AWWIP items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please read the following before you proceed:
- All returns must be completed within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Products with faulty issues may be processed beyond the initial 14 days upon receiving your order but must be pre-approved by AWWIP, email us at care@awwipstudios.com to complete this process.
- If your product is faulty, all return shipping costs will be covered by AWWIP.
- For all other returns, the costs will be covered by the customer.
- Returns, faulty or not, will not be accepted beyond 30 calendar days from order delivery.
- The returned products must be unused with the tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return.
- For items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered (missing tags, perfume smells, etc…) AWWIP reserves the right to reject the items or determine the amount provided for refund.
- If the returned order contained free gifts, they must be returned along with the paid-for items.
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
To place a return for an eligible order you must place a request with our customer care team at care@awwipstudios.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
In your email, please include:
- Your first and last name
- Order #
- Name of the item/s you’d like to return
- Reason for return
Once your return has been approved by our team, a return label will be created and courier will be arranged. Please print out the return label and include it in your return parcel. Please note AWWIP is not liable for any damages or losses during shipment of return.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date your returned order is received.
- For orders that are not yet shipped, refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date you applied for refund.
- Funds generally take up to 5 working days to appear back into your bank account.
- Please note, all refunds are delivered back to the original payment method, and cannot be returned to a different card or account.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
If you believe your item/s is faulty upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care team at care@awwipstudios.com so we can assess your item/s. Please include your name, order number, and some pictures of the defect in your email. if your product is indeed deemed faulty, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- If you’d like to exchange an item, simply place a return for the item you’ve purchased and place a new order for the new item you’d like to receive.
- If the original item was purchased during sales period, you may contact care@awwipstudios.com to adjust the price for you (this is only applicable for exchanges to the same style in different sizes or colors).
- The costs of shipping will be covered by the customer for exchanged items.
